Are you longing for more fulfilling, more connected, authentic relationships and healthier communications?
I am a life and business coach who focuses on relationships. Relationships are everywhere, in every realm of our lives. We are in them with family members, friends, romantic partners, children, co-workers, bosses, and countless others. Some of these relationships we choose; some we do not. In either case, how we show up to these relationships impacts our everyday experience and our understanding of ourselves.
Relationship coaching is an opportunity to investigate current patterns and habits and to identify how we want to change and evolve to cultivate a more authentic and honest relationship with ourselves and others.

I was born in France and grew up in Nice, right by the beach. At university, I studied journalism and thought that my path was somewhat set… Until I came to NYC in 1999 for my aunt’s wedding. I knew, like I had never known anything else, that my life was here.
I had to rethink my career and fell into branding and marketing. My parents had raised me thinking that what matters the most is a paycheck. Passion for what you do, meaning how you spend most of your waking hours, is the privilege of only a selected few.
After 20 years of helping brands discover and communicate who they are, I came to coaching through a desire to help people transform themselves with clarity and in alignment with their values, to make sense of this moment when we are no longer who we were and not yet who we want to be.
As a coach, my aim is to work with clients to identify tendencies and behaviors that no longer serve them and together to find new ways of relating to oneself and others.
In my spare time, I am listening to podcasts and books that focus on relationships while taking a long walk, planning my next recipe and cooking it, or fishing for carp in Central Park with my girlfriend and her son.
